Ricardo undertook the greatest physical challenge of his life - Project 100!
19 - 23 January 2023 Ricardo walked 100 miles carrying a 100lb rucksack in 77 hours. Ricardo's journey started in February 2022 when he began the challenge of physically preparing his mind and body for this mammoth task. During Project 100, Ricardo pushed his physical and mental boundaries and destroyed his limiting beliefs and aimed
to walk the fastest time covering 100 miles with 100lbs.
It was great to see the support for Ricardo during his challenge as he powered his way churning up the miles. Ricardo clocked up the miles and money in donations now sitting above a massive twelve thousand pounds. Ricardo is a quiet, humble man who just gets his head down and soldiers on.
We are truly humbled that Ricardo chose
#whodarescares to fundraise for. Many thanks to Derek for all the background work Photos, videos and so much more.
Thank you for supporting Who Dares Cares and fundraising to support our Armed Forces, Emergency Services and Veterans including their Families who are suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
You can still donate to Ricardo's challenge. Your support, no matter how small will be greatly appreciated. Every penny raised for Who Dares Cares will be put to great use in helping people recover and survive with PTSD.
