"DOING THE FAN IN MEMORY OF DAN"

(Abbie's Walk Up Pen Y Fan)

On the 1 February 2023 Abbie and her family unexpectedly lost their father Dan Laidlaw. This has been a massively tough time for the family, their friends and everybody who knew Dan. Unknown to a lot of people, Dan suffered from PTSD which is why Abbie and her family want to raise money for Who Dares Cares.

On the 30 April 2023 Abbie and her family will be walking up Pen Y Fan, a place which meant a lot to Dan and somewhere he spent lots of time whilst in the Army. Abbie's sister Hannah will be completing the walk with a Bergen of 25kg similar to the weight used in training by the Army. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

If you would like to join Abbie and her family walking up the Pen Y Fan in memory of Dan, please visit our Facebook Event for further details
