DROP-IN SESSIONS!
The aim of our charity is to help support our Armed Forces, Emergency Services and Veterans including their Families and Dependants who are suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

WHO WE SUPPORT:
Veterans, first responders, and individuals facing challenges such as mental health or social isolation.
WHY DROP-IN MATTERS:
Highlight the benefits: Safe space, peer support, professional guidance, and connection opportunities.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT A DROP-IN:
Warm welcome from trained volunteers. Confidential and non-judgmental environment.
ACTIVITIES:
Group discussions, mental health workshops, coffee mornings, etc.
